If the spike detonates and you stand in it with Invulnerability on, you turn invisible (except for the weapon). Not sure if they fixed that but that's how me and my friends used to play hide & seek xd

You should try doing battleship in valorant. Its setting unlimited abilities and using brims ultimate to try and find the other players hiding spot near you

There's a better way to play hide and seek. Have the hiders on attacking side And seeker on defense. Seeker has to be cypher bc of his ultimate. Have the seekers have invulnerability on in cheats setting. Than have them die to bomb and they should be invisible once they "die". Only their knives will show which makes it extra hard. The seeker, cypher, has any gun he wishes and uses his ultimate on anyone he sees. The seekers have 5 seconds to move to a diff spot and over time you can have different vipers on the attacking side (who aren't helping the cypher) make walls around the map to cut the spaces for hiders to hide. This game isn't like csgo where players are hard to spot bc everything is so brighter so that's why I say invisibility is the best way to play hide and seek with valorant. Make sure the vipers have cheats on so they can fly around and make walls where ever. Could also work with Phoenix but his walls are smaller and disappear after a while but they can curve which is helpful.
