This voice is a gift from God. This is exceptionnal, very very rare! Normally, this require many years (of hard work) to sing correctly this piece (mainly for beginner like her). And she is 12 or 13 years old... Voice placement,sustain,vibrato, tempo, etc... I can't believe it,this is incredible or,may be,is she an real Angel came from heaven?

I noticed many people comparing Jackie Evancho with Amira. Actually they are of different style and type of signer. Nothing can be compared between them. As I stated in another comment, Amira's gifted talent in opera music appeared to me just same as Michael Jackson in the field of pop music. There are many great singers in Pop Music ...but there is only one Michael Jackson which is unique and no one can replace him in pop music. Same things also apply to Amira. I believe that as long as Amira keep herself as the most humble singer in opera / classical field, god will give the most blessing to her and let her spread his angel's voice to all over the world at coming days.

So much about her voice deteriorating...I only see an angel perfecting with every day, smoothness between registers that is impossible for her age, clear, pure vibratoes that none can manage, powerful yet soothing voice that is thick, warm and supported, an appropriate level of brightness to highlight her amazing voice and technique and yet subtle enough not to appear to be showing off.

ichdichhasserwasser Superfruit, What do you mean about her voice deteriorating ? She is now well into her singing career and she only gets better with out loosing any of her sweetness. This reminds me of Susan Boyle who went on to a star and singing around the world, I then saw her this week again and feel that all the voice coaching has spoiled her singing. Now her singing is stilted as she waits for the correct breathing and breaks in between the words..

I still find that Jackie E never had 10,000 people give her a standing ovation, as Amira did when performing with Andre Reiu. There are only two or three singers who can compare that with and Jackie E is not one of them. Maybe someday in the show business world she will find a spot, as Charlotte Church has been trying but failing at. I remember Mario Lanza who probably had the finest opera voice at the time was lured into show business songs and never was able to make the transition to pure opera. Placido Domingo is still a wonderful singer who has more operas memorized than any singer in history and also an accomplished orchestra conductor too, but then what do I know? I will just enjoy the songs and music. Let others be judges, I am not, only speaking as a fan and admirer of Amira.

Before making such ludicrous statements you should do a little research. In the 6 years Jackie Evancho has been performing, her schedule has included concert halls of a seating capacity exceeding 10,000 people plus the 50,000 in Russia in 2012 performing and a DUET with Sumi Jo, then there is the 30,000 in Taiwan plus a duet with Jose Carreras. In other words, you are correct except you got the wrong pronoun when stating three singers. And Amira is NOT one of them is what you should have said. I personally believe Amira has a future in music somewhere. She may even get to duet with some of the people that Jackie has sung and collaborated with including Domingo and Boccelli. I even like Amira and wish her well. But you on the other hand you deserve NO respect!!! Ah to heck with trying to be nice, YOUR AN IDIOT!!!

Actually Jackie had 12,000 people giving her standing ovations in Vegas and she needed no Andre Reiu. Jackie's performance of this particular Ave Maria is so far above this one that there really is no comparison.
