Infant baptism "is common in SOME, [other] (SUPPOSEDLY) Christian groups". This practice is NOT supported by scripture, which is why water baptism is often referred to as BELIEVERS' baptism.

Do not buy dogs from the Amish. They are really well known for being incredibly abusive to their breeding stock, and dumping them on local rescues when they are no longer able to produce. I live in Lancaster county Pennsylvania surrounded by the Amish and it's a huge problem.

The first time I went to Tennessee when I was driving a tractor-trailer and I saw some Amish people pull up at a Walmart in their solid black horse and buggy I was like what the hell. I thought it was people that were trying to dress up like Little House on the Prairie. It was very out of place for me to see something like that I wasn't used to it

I agree that it's a very disciplined group, but I found it interesting about the Rumspringa and that they give a chance to enjoy modern conveniences and socialize outside their community before making a commitment to being Amish.
