You always find some of the most unique recipes. When I hear oatmeal pie I think of those little Debbie snack cakes 😂 This is pretty similar to baked oats I’ve made for breakfast eats. Just no pie crust and much smaller portion. It looks pretty good. I’m sure it’s good with the ice cream. I love oatmeal. I’d totally eat it. Pecan pie I would not lol.
