This is a nice video. For anyone that has traveled in Amish country (we have pockets of Amish communities in our state of Illinois), it is important to be aware of horse-and-buggy transportation, and be mindful accordingly. You will have to share the roads and slow down. I always found it fascinating.

Some of them rides are tricked out with tinted windows. I think it is just a matter of time and they will re-invent steam powered engines and use that as a motor on these hot rods.

You clearly don't know much about the Amish. They are not necessarily against being photographed going about their lives. Just not comfortable posing for pictures.
