Though I feel some concepts need to be added in this playlist: 1. Memory leak 2. wild pointers 3. Structure Memory Alignment 4. printf() and scanf() functions and their return values

Hey! I read your comments on GO classes platform as well. I'm from non CS. Which one would you recommend for pointers?
@this.is.nimishka Жыл бұрын
@@hrishdesai131, I have studied from both sources. And if you have time I recommend to study from both, one after another, starting here.

Thank you for the response! If I have to choose one, which one should it be? I have a very limited time. Having said that, if there are any particular topics that are good in one of these, kindly specify.

Hey,@@hrishdesai131 The pointers playlist is to the point and exact. Since you're coming from non-CS background, I'll suggest to go with GO classes. Once you get the flavour of the subject, you can always come to this playlist as part of your revision and/or clarification. And let me tell you, there are going to be times when you have to dig in to understand the concepts better. Don't hesitate. All the best. You've got this.

Definitely the best playlist of C Programming for GATE CSE. The playlist benefits everyone. Amit Khurana Sir really justified pointers as 'a delicate topic'. Highly recommended.
@NoHandle-l3u3 жыл бұрын
When we use for e.g. free(p); the memory pointed by p is released, but what happens to p, does it still point to that memory location it was pointing to before? so p must also be a dangling pointer right? why only p1,p2,p3 were the dangling pointers?
