@@navaneethpa5308 As far as I know,medical oxygen is not produced directly.There has to be a separte unit for purification.By proper optimization of many parameters like height of the column,pressure and many more,the maximum oxygen concentration yield is around 95 percent. You would see even Nitrogen extraction works in the same way except the Adsorbent material is different.This experiment has been run successfully by IIT Bombay which suggested conversion of Nitrogen plants into Oxygen plants(Search KZbin for further explanation).Hope this helps! I'm here checking if the tech is legite. It is fortunately. I bought a hyperbaric chamber cheap from China. All the parts are in it as should be when I opened the lid to fix the bugs but as an industrial electrician myself, was horrified at the mess inside. I may re engineer it myself one day. For now, just need it to work.

I have several questions and will be greatful if you can help us. 1)In this diagram, why does the nitrogen leave the chamber before pure oxygen leaves the chamber? 2) Do we need a second system to get rid of the argon gas? 3) Lastly, at what pressure do the valves open to release the oxygen to fill the tank? In "portable oxygen concentrators" Rapid pressure swing adsorption ( RPSA) is used nowadays. They reduce the amount of zeolite. So if anyone is buying Portable oxygen concentrators, make sure it has capacity of at least 5-10 L with concentration of at least 90-93%.
