Thank you vini. You are giving nice recipie. My native place also Palghat. So many items I used to make. But certain items like rasakalan,mulagooshyam I forgot the recipie.Thank you for recalling and tasting those special dish of ours ..I thank you so much you and your mom for layer chapathy. I have tried a different types of recipies. . But in all the cases who never showed how to separate layers. Your recipie is simple and final sorting out layers is superb. Now I am making weekly twice the layer chapathy. My husband, children and grand children likes it very much

ചേച്ചി thanks for this video. ഞാൻമുൻപ് ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ layer വന്നില്ലായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ മനസിലായി. നെയ്‌ പുരട്ടാതെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതോണ്ടാണ് ശരിയാവാഞ്ഞത്. ഇനി ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കട്ടെ. ശരിയായാൽ credit മുഴുവൻ എന്റെ vinichechikkanu ട്ടോ. ഞാൻ ഫോട്ടോ അയച്ചു തരാം നേരെ ആയാൽ.

We use a marble stone to roll the chapati .Then we make a mixture of ghee and atta.Then we apply it on the chapati. We fold it in a zig zag manner.We make the batter with warm milk and ghee to make it soft .Try this way next time.
