My dear Bombay CHANAKYA. I am a person from " Srikandapuram Palur" which is mentioned in your present KARMA. I remember the former TV SERIAL " VISWAROOPAM" IN 2006 in which the same village name was used.I made some discreet enquiry about it. I came to know that the serial shooting was done in KONERIRAKAPURAM for obvious reasons, though the story line was about a family of Srikantapuram Palur.Ieas fascinated because of my affinity towards my village. Do you belong to that village? If so pl. Contact the given no 9940422675 I am having , no other intention, except knowing about some body who belongs to my village. Since I am now migrated to Chennai , and aged 80 now., that will be only old memoirs. However , I was thrilled to see the name of my village , I dont know how to to express.

I think the best way to counter this will be to bring up children properly . If a husband likes and give respect to his wife and does not let her down before others , these problems will disappear

Down the ages most mothers have not been duly acknowledged for their sacrificial role played particularly in a large undivided family. Though one might easily say that life without expectations is the safest and therefore the most ideal, in reality it isn't so . . because when even such simple expectations are not met or gradually the sense of belonging is lost, the mother naturally succumbs to deep depression and growing frustration. The theme selected has thus been quite an apt one, in as much as a sound advice to those who can realize the void in emotional fulfillment of respective mothers, and to bring about a meaningful change in her life in the future. Making a short film is no easy task . . The protagonist's role has been etched with care, and is much evident through the natural portrayal of it by the actress so beautifully. However , personally I feel that some lengthy dialogues could have been avoided, for it appears at places reminding us of a drama on stage. Film is meant to be a visual treat to an audience . . But then, one can also understand his shortcomings since this creation belongs to the format of short films . . difficult at striking the right balance. Nevertheless, kudos for the tempo maintained throughout the narration. On the whole a beautiful short film.

All a woman needs is a simple how are you today, have you taken your medications, would you like to go for a walk, or just a simple "thank you mum the lunch was awesome". Some ladies have to pick their children's dirty laundry from their rooms despite having a common laundry bag, the cups that they take to their rooms, the tissues that they conveniently forget to pick up from the ground after use, the last minute shirts to iron and so many things trivial enough to be ignore by the children and worst of all a husband who says if you dont want to do it just leave it.....
