Delete Ammoon Loop memory slots: 1. Unplug and then plug in again the pedal (to reset mode, presumably) 2. Choose the memory slot you want to delete and hold down the footswitch for 2 seconds; repeat for other memory slots you wish to delete. I've been fighting again with trying to delete memory slots and as there are almost no other decent KZbin reviews out there (and no pdf manuals, it seems) I've decided (as much for myself as anyone) to repeat the necessary procedure here. The key seems to be to TURN OFF the pedal before trying to delete memory slots. Only from this state does the 'hold down for 2 seconds' seem to work. Shame there's no ON/OFF switch...

Thanks for the review. I think I will try one of these. Looks simple and I like all the different storage locations. Some of the other units only have one location for storing one loop. This one has so much more.

Now I've got to get one of these. I love the reverse feature and will be playing everything backwards! The other feature I like is the output jack to download or upload via USB from/into the computer.

I got mine yesterday, and I have to say it's a really great pedal for the price. It's a bargain. Mine came good, no problem at all. I had fun playing around with it. I also have the EHX 720 Looper, and sure, it has some advantages over this Pock Loop, but I would definitely buy the latter again. I really loved this! Just a tiny detail: the switch on mine is a little bit squeaky. It's not much of a bother once you're already playing, with the amp and such, but in case someone wants to consider this... Well. Enough said, I think I'll be buying many more of these ammoons. In this case, #CheapIsNeat. For sure.

Hi, I've had my Pock Looper for over a year now and I think it's great. It's got all normal features found on most loopers and a few more. The usb feature is very useful and having 11 banks with 30 minutes of unlimited loops on each make this a ideal tool for practice or performing. With all these features and the capabilities of this pedal make it unbelievably good value for money. In fact why would u want to pay more for a looper pedal that can't match this for looping time. Since buying mine it has a permanent place on my pedalboard.

Unless I missed it, one important omission appears to be the ability to delete your last recording if you don't like it. Bit of a shame, as otherwise it seems very good, especially the long recording time.

You could, but you would need to get an impedance matching xlr to Jack convertor (I used this www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000KH7RQ8/ref=dp_prsubs_1) or run everything through a mixer into the looper.

No, you would have double tap to stop then press again to start.

Hi. You would need to run it in the effects loop of your amp to record loops with amp distortion etc.

It comes on the looper. You plug the looper in and it gets recognised as a drive and the software is there!

Hi Andrzej, from your demo, it seems that there's a slight gap when switching tracks? Which means that the 11 tracks can't be used to set up a verse chorus bridge etc etc the way you would with a boomerang III looper right?

Andrzej, can the 1/2 speed and reverse functions be used simultaneously? As in, you record a track, then reverse it, then also set it at 1/2 speed? Seems like it’d be a cool way to set up some trippy Fripp-esque soundscapes. Also, I’m debating between this one and the Donner tiny looper. Which is better overall in your opinion?

My man, on the other amoon pedals when you press the button to record your next loop it waits for the current loop to start over to sync the recording. Does this do something similar? And more importantly, would this pedal work on a bass?

The loop as recorded is stored in the slot you choose and stays there until you delete it.

Hi, Can you plug microphones into these? I have just bought on off ebay, because of your helpful demo, to use with a mic but nothing seems to be happening. Do you know if this is due to the microphone or something wrong with the pedal itself?

Hi. Couple of things to check. Does the mic need phantom power? If so you may need to go to a mixer then output that to the pedal. Guitar pedals also have a different impedence to microphones, so if you are trying to plug straight into the pedal with an xlr to phono jack, you may need to consider an impedance convertor (I use this www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000KH7RQ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_LNXbGbP38MZ0M)

Has anyone bought this and experienced a 1 sec delay between loops? I bought two of the old mini ammoon loopers and had to return both because they looper didn't loop, but actually had a break between recording and playback? Is this still an issue or not? Also, how does it do with overdubs? Does it delay or not?

I've not tried the stereo looper. That has 2 buttons and a stereo output. Seems to have the same features and be about the same price. I'd be tempted by that as having a separate stop button is handy

Thanks for your answer, after some research i found out that you cant plug the stereo one to a computer, plus you got 10 channels with 10 minutes each while in pock loop you got 11 channels with 30 minutes each. more then that the big differences is the 2 buttons in the stereo version + you can plug 2 instruments at the same time or a foot switch.

@gariG2. I bought this last week and after 5 or 6 overdubs I had to turn the volume down on the pedal as it is louder than my guitar volume. I plugged my guitar direct into the looper then into a vox stomplab then out to headphones. Like Andrzej says I changed channel on my vox pedal from clean to dirty and the loop changed as well. Which could be useful.

Your demo is very interesting. May I know if the pedal stores the loops after we turn it off and bring it to a gig or... as long as I don't delete them? In case not, do I need an external memory for this? In case I first record a 10-minute loop then overdub a second 3-minute loop and then a third 15-minute loop...will they all play simultaneously when played back? If not what will happen? Does the pedal allow unlimited overdubbing within the 30-minute loop? Thank you so much for your time and passion.

Thanks! Right then... Loops are stored internally indefinitely. You can have as many dubs as you like, but their length is set by the first recording you make in the loop

Well if u do have it on other effects pedals that connect with the looper it should be fine i like blues overdrive with delay from my amp but i use my overdrive effects pedal with my amp then put on delay

If you're doing 1&2&3&4 it is easy to hit it on the 4 or on the &1. You have to hit as you got 1.

If you want to do live work, I'd suggest a looper with 2 pedals, they make it easier to start and stop loops

So I bought this looper pedal. It works, however, when I overdub a track, I get a small noise glitch where the insert is, unfortunately. It's a bit annoying and I certainly wouldn't use it in a live situation. I can get by with it for practice, I suppose. I don't know if they all have this 'feature' or if I just got lucky...

Someone else asked similar question: What happens to the 11 stored loops when you turn the power off?? Andrzej answered, "It remains indefinitely". Hope that helps

You can record a new loop on top of the previous one, overdubs, as many times as you want.

Saddly mine came with a problem. When I try to record a dub (red light) it starts to repeat even if I did not press the switch to end the recording of the dub. The red light stays on and what I played starts repeating. If I try to dub a few seconds it works but if I try to record a little more it starts to repeat by itself. Very frustrating. Do you know what could it be? Am I doing something wrong?

The first recording sets how long all other recordings will be. If you first is 10 seconds, the next will start to play back after 10 seconds of recording.

Press and hold the button to delete the last dub. Double press to stop playing then hold the button to delete all dubs 😊

Hey dude. This is a great looper, if you just want one for messing about, check Amazon for the cheaper donner or ammoon mini loopers. They do the job great!

Leo & Dan Ryan I’ve had a few different ones and I found the boss rc1 is the best for me. Easiest to control and allows an external footswitch

I have a big problem with this one. When plugged in, it will stay on purple light as if it was connected to a pc, even without a usb cable connected. It won't react to the switch being pushed or any other button. It' unusable. Tried to connect it to my laptop but it gets detected as an unknown device, so it shows an error and there's no way to do anything. I think the only solution, if there's any, would be to reset the pedal somehow (although it has no reset button, not even inside), or just throw it away :( If anyone can help with this i'll be forever thankful.
