Amneal/Lineage Generic Epinephrine Auto-injector Firing Demo

What happens when you use an Amneal/Lineage (0.3 mg) epinephrine auto-injector device. You still hold this device for 10 seconds (unlike EpiPen and its generics, which are now held for 3, and Auvi-Q which is held for 2). Note that the needle remains uncovered after use.

excellent video - and these pens are 1/3 cost of Mylan (epipen) GENERIC pens - be sure to get the coupon which i found at TARGET CVS - be SURE to get your MD to make your prescription for epinephrine generic pens - if they write for Epipen, the pharmacist must fill it with the Mylan Epipen - good luck !

The Mylan generic is exactly the same as the EpiPen, except that the generic doesn't say "EpiPen" on the device or on the box, and the generic is half the price.

You’re supposed to be able to check if the liquid is clear but you’re not when you’re in the middle of an episode. My son has been prescribed this due to a recent mango reaction/allergy and I guess I’ll need to be checking this med constantly

This is the type of auto injector I just got when found out I had an really be allergic reaction one day that I got after telling the allergist about it and tomorrow I am going to find out what food caused it.

First time I got one like this and I do not like it. The epipen brand has a nice case that will protect it before use do matter how you are carrying it around. This one does not look like it will survive very long on a pocket or bag and having to take it out to check it does not seem like the best idea. Think I will carry the expired epipen brand one because at least I know it will not be broken when I need to get it out to use
