LYRICS: There comes Fenris' twin His jaws are open wide The serpent rises from the waves Jormungandr twists and turns Mighty in his wrath The eyes are full of primal hate Thor! Oden's son, protector of mankind Ride to meet your fate, your destiny awaits Thor! Hlödyn's son, protector of mankind Ride to meet your fate, Ragnarök awaits Vingtor rise to face The snake with hammer high At the edge of the world Bolts of lightning fills the air As Mjölner does its work The dreadful serpent roars in pain Thor! Oden's son, protector of mankind Ride to meet your fate, your destiny awaits Thor! Hlödyn's son, protector of mankind Ride to meet your fate, Ragnarök awaits Mighty Thor grips the snake Firmly by its tongue Lifts his hammer high to strike Soon his work is done Vingtor sends the giant snake Bleeding to the depth Twilight of the thunder god Ragnarök awaits Twilight of the thunder god Twilight of the thunder god Twilight of the thunder god Thor! Oden's son, protector of mankind Ride to meet your fate, your destiny awaits Thor! Hlödyn's son, protector of mankind Ride to meet your fate, Ragnarök awaits

/:\ (Who is the Fn thunder god again least we forget Im here to remind you all with this) 1.) Clear your mind. Ground, Cast a circle, call the 4 watchertowers (which is actually ancient egyptian not celtic wiccan) 2.) Do you remember a time when you felt electricity shock your fingers? the "actual" "exact" memory of what it felt like? How can you describe the sensation of being shocked or touching Its Lets describe the words shall we? Burning Stinging Vibrating Numb iching loss of control of motor function 2.) now focus on you index finger and thumb....place about a centimeter or less of space between them. Close your eyes. Feel the static haze between your fingers. Grow this feeling in the same fashion as the memory of the shock of those words I have displayed above. 3,) Feel the numb shock feeling grow stronger and stronger until it travels back down your hand (When I was working at pizza hut as a delievery driver I froze the computers up so badly two nights in a row after trying it out after I touched them after doing this technique) (It died for our sins trevor not its own)

Diego Rivas Fuck the end credits. The entirety of the soundtrack should be by Amon amarth

Disney's Marvel is pussy energy personified. Especially their Thor. This song would fit the God of Thunder Thor from old comics, but not this mumbling fool who walks in those ugly rubber shoes and plays Fortnite. This song would fit that 2007 Beowulf movie better.
@rickardoramchand64664 жыл бұрын
Screw Disney Amon Amarth should make a movie or even a show based on the Mythology from start to end. Starting from the first Jotan down to the Ragnarok.

I was playing this on a boombox next to my hammock when suddenly the tree it was tied to swelled and grew, becoming the mighty Yggdrasil. I was just a squirrel skittering across it's branches.

Anyone out like me. I can listen to a smooth jazz Miles Davis tune, a bit of classic, then some Infected Mushroom electronic music, some hard rock AC/DC, some instrumental by Shawn Lane then heavy metal death vocals of Amon and always be equally moved. As long as it's the cream of it's genre, even somehow rap I just always can appreciate it. Maybe playing an instrument at a high level also heaps.

+Despond i am a bit like that too, i can listen to rolling stones one day, nirvana next day, then son house, then black or pagan metal, then some bluegrass, then amon and then something else, always been like that. The perfect example is my two favourite christmas songs is helga natt(holy night) with opera singer jussi björling and run run rudolph by chuck berry.

+Despond Yeah. i'm like that too. i can't listen to death metal constantly. i'd go insane. i really like psychedelic rock or celtic folk music.

I am not total metalhead, but this song is indeed the masterpiece. It may sound strange but i find it very emotional, i dont know why. Also, this song has very complex composition, every single note is on the right place, everything is so perfect. It has been a long time since i have heard something fantastic like this. Definitely, Amon Amarth band members are virtuosos. BTW, i feel so sorry for Thor. :(
@FCTH597 Жыл бұрын
"BTW, i feel so sorry for Thor. :(" I think is the emotional part of this song. We have Thor, a highly respected hero of the Vikings, fighting a battle against a massive monster for the future of humanity. He killed the serpent but died himself. For humanity.
