It’s called the Clavinet. Stevie Wonder used it a lot. It was big in 70s funk.

@@Dog-999i clarinet is a wind instrument. It's too snappy an attack, too short a decay for wind. And a couple of those notes are sustained in ways which sound like they come from a keys instrument. Sounds like a bass-synth...must be a very particular one as Floyd used the exact same sound.
