i know that visible tasks is lame but with medbay you can tell if someone is faking it by how they stand on the panel. the game makes your character do a slow slide into place and they will always face the same direction so if you notice they are off center or if they moved into place at walking speed instead of that slow slide or if they're facing the wrong way you know they just faked it like sairen did at one point
