How nice to see someone reacting this band! I always recommend them to everyone but many reactors just don't do them. They don't know what they are missing out 🤷🏼‍♀️ This band has so many great songs... They really are one of the best metal bands from Finland. Have you done reaction about Nightwish, Insomnium or Beast In Black?

Do Amorphis "the Bee" next. It is more recent but just as great!

They've been around for so long, I am not so knowledgeable about the band, just started listening more of them recently, but for many years I every now and then heard them and really dig it. No surprise that a band with so much history, are very good.

yeah, theyve changed quite a lot since the tales of the 1000 lakes days. two singers since then. almost everything theyve put out is fantastic, tho. on tales one of the guitarists did the vocals. then they signed on pasi koskinen as vocalist and had a few great albums with him, but then they started to stagnate a bit. pasi left and they brought on tomi joutsen and they revitalized and have put out banger after banger since.

They've been around for awhile and the melodies and untypical instruments have been there from the start. Many great songs to listen. As their portfolio songs, I'd list these ones: "Black Embrace", "Black Winter Day", "My Kantele (Acoustic Reprise)", "Alone", "The Smoke", "Amongst Stars", "The Bee" and one from Esa Holopainen's solo project "In Her Solitude (feat. Tomi Joutsen)". Their singer changes between "Alone" and "The Smoke".

to me riff is more Indian style...that guitar transforms into Sitar very well
