First, I’m sorry for your loss. Don’t know you but I’ll pray for you tonight. Next, it’s SO good to know that someone else uses music for peace and healing. It truly brings both. This song has been so special to me since 2009 and a drive across the desert from Phoenix to the central California coast. Through all my trials and tribulations since then, this song has been a constant source of peace for me.

I just coming back to this video, over and over again. So much layered, textured, inner voicing, dynamics are perfect, build, drop off, build, drop off, build, build, build, then drop off and bring it all home, perfection. Cannot say enough positive about the rhythm section, with soooo many people involved, the conductor pretty much has to follow the initial percussionist, as he is who the core band is focused on. He did his job, laid down the tempo, and everyone else locked in, and made it work.

I lost my dad to Covid April 8th 2020. This song.. reminds me..of us..from the first time we laid in the grass on our backs and he said always look up..see the blue skies..see the Stars. To the days we rode around in his car for his job with the windows rolled down, eating Fiddle Faddle. My dad was always there for us, because his real father abandoned him and his siblings. We could not be there for my father when he died (he had dementia also) because of Covid restrictions. Breakes my heart to a million pieces. I watched Amos perform with the Utah Symphony in Park City. He's truly a genius. The experience was surreal. Watched Ben Harper there as well...another incredible performance! 🎶✌🤟🏼🎶

The thing about this song is this: IT IS REAL! There is REAL songs out there. But, please advise me on one at this level. Basically, it is JUST GOOD MUSIC! Few and Far Between these days. GREG
