Mr. Ramsey, a man of patience. You are never late to the party. There's no time in a sense of smell. Fragrances breaks the shackeles of time. Hey man, don't worry about Lyric Woman. I will save a full 100 ml bottle for you, as a gift to your honesty and passion in this liquid art. Now the Jubilation family is gathered ( both versions), so we can search some new stuff that you haven't tried. I also have just a few samples of Jubilation for Woman, but I think it's a full bottle worthy, and I will buy it, so that's why I've sent you that sample trio. Enjoy Ram. It really is this amazing Chypre / Oriental & it is a real Amouage in its heart and soul... not like the crap they are putting out now 😂😂😂

my dear ramsey... i got home right now, after going to the Niche perfumes store, i went to buy a gift for a friend lira de casamoratti, and they gave me a tester of the old jubilation 25 one is from the perfume and the other is perfume extract.. wonderful with many ml, from a NON-MAGNETIC stopper made in oman, the ancient ones! I liked it so much when I tried it that I ended up buying my friend's gift, and the 100 ml jubilation 25 oman but with a magnetic stopper, although they are still safe because the new packaging is very different; the LETTERS on the stopper ect what you already commented on in a video of yours...))) I'm delighted I haven't tried the one with the magnetic stopper yet, because I'm impregnated with an old jubilation 25 tester .. what can I say; So I stretched out on the sofa and looked for this specific video of yours on jubilation 25 woman. There is a phrase that you say at the end of the video that I agree with, but not only with amouage but with all those from any other firm, and it is this What did you say about: amouage has lost my trust.

I have an older sample of Jubilation 25 still. I will sample soon. I had a number of Silver Man samples. I brought one to work and sprayed a couple of Bhutanese men along with some Afgan men, and they LOVED it. They wanted to buy it. I gave it away. I only have a couple left, and I do like it. I like Ceil Man also. I have a box full of Amouage bottles. I even have Beloved Man in the pre. I have a Memoir Man pre and it is so strange, because like you said with Jub 25, it builds. I noticed that with the older Amouges, they build. It's a wonderful experience. I don't have Ceil, I have a number of samples, Silver, Epic, samples with that too, and one that I most certainly want, Dia Man. I don't have any of the Libary but have boatloads of samples. There was one that had nice cumin, was it 3, I don't remember. My first two niche samples were Zafar, and thank god, Jubilation back in 2012/13. I first sampled Zafar, and my initial thoughts were, 'Those rich people just don't want me in their circle". Then thankfully I sampled Jubilation XXV. I was floored. The eyes to my soul just opened up and I was part of something more than me. Thank you for the great review.

I am a huge early day Amouage fan as you know... I love them all ... the only one I struggled with and never got a full bottle was figment man but I need to re-visit it as I am sure my nose has changed from 2017 🤷‍♂️

Great review, I love both Diaghilev and Jubilation 25 women. I don’t find them to be similar to my nose . If I had to choose between them, I love Diaghilev more .

Yes thats right! I have a bottle of Fate Woman & it is an amazing fragrance indeed... my bottle is the vintage non-magnetic cap but I hear even the modern stuff is fantastic 🍻

Incidentally, this was my SOTD. You said it all so eloquently, nothing to add from my side. So gorgeous. Next one you should try to hunt down (from the same family) is Acqua di Parma Profumo. Switch out the Omani opulence for Italian glamour and you get the idea.

I still have an almost full bottle of Acqua di Parma Profumo and it is similar to Jubilation 25 but even better in my opinion. Back in the day I went to Italy very often and bought my bottles there for a song. That was before all the restrictions that we have today. I remember even bringing back the most beautiful cake I had ever seen for a couple whose wedding I was going to attend and kept It on my lap for the entire flight. I am going to Northern Italy very soon which I have not explored before but as all the other places I have been to in Italy have had wonderful perfume stores and fragrances that are just as wonderful and sometimes better than the perfumes are just as wonderful as those in Paris and some even more so, I would imagine that part of Italy would also have them. Sicily is also full of beautiful perfumes, especially those from the perfumer Meo Fusciuni. I will look to see if the acqua di Parma Profumo is still made. By the way, I wore Diaghilev all day Saturday and then all day Sunday I could still smell it on my skin. If I could only keep one of my thousands of perfumes Diaghilev would be the one. If you ever have the chance to try Lubin’s 1270 Extreme Eau de Parfum. It is not in the least a clone of Diaghilev but I get a bit of some of the vibes from it. I agree that that all the new launches of perfumes do not make me excited. The fragrance business was once liquid art, but now for the most part, it is all about money and greed. I only have 3 amouages and all are from the "woman" line, Jubilation, Lyric and sunshine (not the most unique fragrance this last one, but I just love it), epic is stunning too but I have another also made by Cecile mon nom est rouge which shares similarities to epic, memoir is a stunning leather chypre too (but money don't grow on trees 😅) have you tried memoir? I think you may enjoy it. Indeed Jubilation is in a classe on its own and not a replacement for diaghilev, although I do prefer jubilation in a personal taste only, I also would love to have diaghilev but, oh well 🤣

@@RamseytheRam I've tried them side by side. They're both great. EDP is more open, spicy floral, some relation to Eau d'Hermes like you said. Extrait has more of a resinous myrh type base. More oriental chypre.

Hello Ramsey, I absolutely love your videos and cannot wait for your review on Epic Woman. I just purchased a full bottle and I am little bit disappointed after reading so much hype about this fragrance. I own about 10 different Amouage perfumes and love them all, but this one I can barely smell. Maybe I need more time testing it. It would be also great if you could make more videos related to women fragrances. Thank you.

I will tell you there are rumors of reformulation with epic woman, I have the very first version of the magnetic cap but when I make a video about Epic I will talk about the way to spot older Amouage frags vs newer... So happy you are enjoying the reviews of the womens frags 🤌🤌🤌

If Enclave isn't true Amouage, then neither is Imitation. Amouage existed before Christopher Chong and Chong himself brought big changes to the brand. Many people who knew the brand early on have derided what he "did to the brand." Now we're hearing the same thing about Salmon.

I have seen them for 600 to 700 before... got my bottle for under 400 but it was a bit less than half full... yes thats a good price ... Roja Now sells 50ml Diaghilev bottles on his website BTW

I have not tried silver oud...although I would like to one day. @@RamseytheRam yeah your right, but 60 bucks for a 95ml bottle it is a partial bout 5 ml gone and he did an Anooj and I received 3 mini full boxed 5 ml , Wall Street, L’UOMO Trusardi ,and one called L’UOMO Gherardini???.got a few from this seller in Italy. Solid well packed and I got exactly what he advertised,ooh just sampled that Gherardini real nice ,who knew 👍👍✌️

@@RamseytheRam I’m still sniffing the hell out of Blue Max lol 😝 but here’s my thoughts on the lesser or unknown fragrances from the smaller houses of the glory days of fragrances,and it’s simply this ,they had no big conglomerates to back them and take hits on putting out shite offerings,cause most likely a failed release meant no pay checks literally,so what was released had to be on point and most likely played off the scent profiles of the big boys of the day matching blending and quality?? Just my thoughts I could be way off but seems a reasonable bit of logic ? cheers Rams 👍

I also have Diaghilev here.. to compare and if !! it's curious ; I went shopping at Niche with Diaghilev behind my neck just a little and I understand exactly what you want to convey… )))) I also tell you, Diaghilev is one of the best along with a couple more .. United arab Emirates for example and little further !! The rest or the new is generic and not very creative to me... danger, elixir, enigma, risque, scandal ect ect generic!! I have lost trust in all niche firms and not niche Indi or Autor... whatever!!! because I don't know what's going to happen again.. and I don't want to be surprised, one of my favorite perfumes is Salomé de papillon.. 😀I have 3 bottles, one that I use and the other two in collection.. like this example of Salomé I have others many more .. I like them so much that I don't want them to be changed !! And yes! It's sad, that there are so many changes in a perfume or so many changes in the identity that characterizes a specific perfume firm, what we call DNA 🧬. it's scary 😟!!!!
