Ampalaya Con Tokwa Recipe | SIMPOL | CHEF TATUNG

Ampalaya na hindi bitter? Puwede ba 'yun? Sa sobrang sarap nito, siguradong mapapakain din ang mga umiiwas sa gulay! Try mo na! 😋
Ingredients:
1 pc - Ampalaya
Water & salt
Oil for sauteing
1 tbsp - Ginger
4 cloves - Garlic
1 pc - Onion
1 pc - Tomato
3 tbsp - Black beans (tausi)
1 cup - Chicken stock
2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
2 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Sugar
3 tbsp - Slurry (Cornstarch + water)
4 pcs - Sliced fried tokwa
2 tbsp - Sesame oil
