So useful! Many thanks for this and other videos in your channel. I have a request: can you also make a video on how exactly you have connected your LiFePO4 battery to your astro gear? I have some idea, but not being an electrical engineer, I don't want to take any chances

You can see several ways to connect the battery to your rig in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWTYZ2Ntr8aLgpo I like using the Pegasus Power Box Advanced but as I say in the video you can use the much cheaper RigRunner if you like.

Do you have any experience with the batteries of Renogy? The testing you are performing is exactly what I am looking for, but alas, Battleborn and Ampere Time is not available here in Europe. However, Renogy is.

I own 2, 200ah Ampere time. Most people store their lithium batterie’s Indoors, or in a temp controlled area. So you really don’t need a low temp cutoff. It would be nice, but I just put a battery sense on the batteries, and I have a Victron charge controller, and reads the battery sense, and will not allow I to charge in the freezing weather.

Which battery did you get instead? I pointed out in the video that this does not have a low temp charging cut-off. However, Ampere Time now has a 100Ah battery with the low temp charging cut-off and an On/Off button. They sell this under their LiTime label.
