Is it me or is the Kemper way less boxy sounding?

@@paulsteinbrunner7197 Hi Paul, there are so many factors contributing to the sounds. The IR in use does make a huge difference. I just spent 2 days doing captures with the AMPERO as they recently released the firmware to allow it to profile. It made SUCH a difference in the “boxy” sound due to the speaker ( IR) that was on my SHAW DGAS amp ( a Dumble style amp). I will be posting a video soon with the results. Thank you!

I’m gonna admit that there’s a product for every budget and it’s getting cheaper and easier to sound good. I’m sticking to Kemper

Not even close. IMO The Ampero sounds like there's a cocked Wah in the signal. The Kemper latency is 3.1ms with an amp block and cabinet on, the Ampero with an amp block and and cabinet on is 7.8ms...not using IRs. Play live with the Kemper for a few weeks and then play live with the Ampero, you'll feel and hear the difference immediately.
