pam8610 it needs more voltage than the tpa3118 although the tpa3118 with less voltage does not distort, the pam8610 with 12v is better than the tpa3118

PAM8610 is the best and first i thought that the TPA3110 was best but after some time I noticed that the PAM8610 is the best and I tested the pam8403 it was not that much good

Power supply has to be 16v into 8 ohm speakers to get 15 watts. As the voltage drops, the tpa 3110 will loose sound and quality. 12v should get you around 10watts per channel.
