Ingredients-
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp deggi Mirch powder
1/2 cup fresh curd
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 cup water
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 bay leaf
3 onions (sliced)
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
3 green chillies
3 tomatoes
Salt to taste
Add 200 g panner(crushed)
1/2 cup milk
Ginger julienne
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves
Onion
Tomato
50 g grated panner
