Amritapuri, India - Amma's Ashram - Part 2

After flying from New York to Trivandrum (the southernmost airport in India), Jovanna and I found out that Amma -- the world renowned Hindu saint who's famous for her heart-melting hugs -- was only a few hundred kilometers away. We jumped at the chance to meet her at her Ashram in Amritapuri, India. This is what we found when we got there :-)

U can go by train Chennai Egmore to guruvayur train board at Madurai and get down at Kayamkulam junction from there go to KSRTC bus stop from there go to ochira town from ochira will get buses to vallikkav junction...get down at vallikkav junction and walk for 10 minutes cross amritasetu bridge ...to reach amritapuri ashram....

Thanks Madonna. But I wouldn't worry about people filming there without permission, as they are very clear about the rules in the orientation, and there are signs all over the ashram :-)

I liked your talk. However, why west is not considering to give her Nobel peace Prize, inspite of knowing what she had already done and what she is going to do in future. For west Malal Yusufzai is great enough to be awarded Nobel Peace Prize. Mother Teresa Got the same inspite of her efforts to convert populace to Christianity, although, she had done some good work. Here Amma (means ,Mother, same as Mother Teresa) is not considered fit for the same.
