Haven’t seen your videos before but loved this one. I love getting to a place and just wandering around and marvelling at how the architecture also you didn’t sugarcoat the effect of long travel. I thought it was just me as I’m an old dude.

Amsterdam is an amazing city and there is so much to do you should definitely go back and check out the old harbour and the windmill it has a bar
