I really think you should somehow incorporate what you did in this vlog (eating popular local dishes) and make a book. Using some of the information you’ve gotten from food classes that you’ve taken, you can include some recipes with it! “Eating Our Way Around the World” by Kara and Nate!🤗

When you come back to the Netherlands, please visit Rotterdam! I was kind of disappointed you didn’t go there haha:) Rotterdam has a skyline and new, ‘futuristic’ buildings, due to the bombing of the city in the second world war, so it’s quite different from for example Utrecht or Amsterdam!

When I finished school and turned 19 here in Finland I went to London as an au-pair. I ended up living there from 2004 to 2007 working as a catering waitress at events like these so I got so excited just to see you guys get your welcome drink to the event. :D Lovely London, playground of my youth!

I've worked in the Corinthia Hotel on the Fire alarm System!...totally agree with you both about The Netherlands great place especially around the Utrecht area I stayed a few miles to the south west in a lovely town called Ijsselstein which was great place and only a short tram ride from Utrecht centre!

People always say the same about Washington State (U.S.) and it used to be more rainy and grey but the last 25 years it hasn't rained nearly as much and we get some pretty warm summers. It rains more in Oregon. But I think we will always have that rainy reputation too

Welcome to my home town. Hope you get to sample some proper fish n chips but I fear you won't find it in the tourist areas. Was I mistaken or did Kara try an 'English' accent? Learn some Cockney rhyming slang if can and best of luck at those conferences and business meetings. Must add that it always tickles me to see Kara so genuinely excited about some many things such as the coffee in the Aspire lounge despite so many travels and experiences. Traveling from Zeist to Utrecht only then moving to Schiphol.... Long way around. Best travel to Amersfoort Central station, it will be faster and it has a direct line to Schiphol as well. 2:00 The text on that incheck pylon says "You are already checked in". I hope that gate didn't give you additional trouble, as it will often close rather quickly. 2:21 Ajax football (soccer) stadium 2:48 If you love that view, you going to love the panorama terrace which had a great view on the aircraft coming and going, even has a KLM Fokker 100 that you can enter for free.
