Amtrak Borealis First Time Running With ALC-42 Charger & 50th Anniversary 160 "Pepsi Can" July 2024

With the power shortage Amtrak has been suffering in 2024, the state sponsored Amtrak Borealis had a long distance Siemens ALC-42 Charger running on the train. For a bonus they added the 50th Anniversary 160 Phase III "Pepsi Can" engine. The video shows 1333 entering Milwaukee WI then 1340 leaving Milwaukee crossing over the Menomonee River. July 20th and 21st 2024.

The video was filmed with a DJI Mavic 3 Classic in 4K @ 60fps and a Sony FX30 @ 60fps In Anamorphic Widescreen 2:39:1 using a Sirui 1.33X 24mm Anamorphic Lens. The audio was recorded in stereo on a Tascam Portacapture X8 in 32bit floating with Lewitt LCT-140-AIR Stereo Matched Pair XLR Microphones.
