New victory for the USA Builders' Rail Lobby. How curious that the railway regulations in the USA go against those of the UIC that rule in Europe, Japan and even China, for upper speed lines (200-250 Km / h) and high speed (300-350 Km / h). In Spain, the Talgo series VI continue to circulate with full satisfaction and safety in daily service... And in Portugal, USA, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Russia and soon again in from Germany to Holland. What seems not to be mentioned by the NTSB It is the excessive age, obsolescence, without sufficient security systems and little maintenance of many rail lines in the USA. All for being the private property of the railway companies. As is known, in Europe rail lines are publicly owned by each nation, Maintained by independent public bodies and paid for from public taxes plus royalties to private freight and passenger operators. According to directives drawn up by the EU and the Parliament of Brussels, to end the state public rail monopolies, in force for decades. Thanks a lot. Very good and interesting video. Greetings from the South of 🇪🇺🇪🇦Spain🇪🇦.

How smart are these people of Amtrak and the National Transportation Safety Council of the United States ... The Talgo are dangerous because have derailed going at a speed three times higher than the limited speed of that curve ... Ooooh, there is an american train that not derail by tripling the speed of a curve? Or is it a problem, among many other things, of the obsolete railway facilities in the United States, which belong to private companies?
