Amtrak Coast Starlight with Private Railcars

Gorgeous cars. There's an old wooden coach here in Santa Maria that's sitting at the Betteravia refinery ruins. All there, just needs to be rebuilt onto a steel frame. I'm thinking about getting a group of friend together after I figure out how to buy it and move it to restore it. Only problem is I hate seeing private railcars being chartered and the owners not allowing anyone else to visit it. If I owned a railcar, hell, I'd love for people to visit it while it's on the end of an Amtrak train.
