Amtrak Empire Builder's arrival into St. Paul Union Depot for first time.Part Two

I worked and lived in St. Paul for almost a year in 2007. Great place! If it wasn't for the winter weather, I would seriously have Minnesota on my list of possible retirement locations. While I was there, I am pretty sure that I had become infected with the *_Oh Yeah You Betcha--Minnesota Nice Bug,_* it was so contagious because the people were markedly nicer than anywhere, in the U.S.A., that I have ever been. Does anyone know if they built a skyway or a tunnel to connect the New Union Depot to the rest of the downtown Saint Paul Skyway System? They must have especially with the *_wonderful_* winters!
