At 9:23, thanks for pointing out the film studio. It’s a point of interest that’s often missed. The area is called Corriganville, a filming location for decades. In recent times, Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” used the area as the stand-in location for Spahn Ranch. The long-gone original Spahn was not far from there, on the Chatsworth side of the long tunnel.
