AMTRAK, VRE, And NS: Railfanning Old Town Manassas 7/3/18

A day I spent at C.P. Bull Run in Manassas, VA. Didn't catch all of the IDs so my apologies for that. I got a good show! And the Veterans Unit was a nice addition. Thought the blue-ended Vulcan hoppers were pretty cool too! Hope everyone enjoys.
