AMUT SELECTED BY FERRARELLE FOR ITS FUTURISTIC PROJECT

Ferrarelle has selected the Amut Group to support its strategy aligned with a green economy vision.
The AMUT recycling division has contributed to the “bottle-to bottle” plant, providing state-of-the-art-technology which will help the production and reuse of new bottles 100% recyclable, consisting of 50% R-PET (PET recycled directly by the Company).
Plant operation: Once bottles bales are opened and sent to the constant feeder, a detector performs an initial positive selection to separate bottles from contaminants before the washing phase. The solution for the upfront part of the line allows the treatment of PET bottles bales not properly sorted, with large quantity of pollutants. The bottles are conveyed to the Delabeller-PreWasher, a patented machine working in dry process for both labels removal and first cleaning action. The dry process reduces the energy consumption. Two NIR detectors for colour/metal separation take care of final sorting and purify the stream from any non-PET material. The flakes will be washed with AMUT patented technology: Turbo Washer and Friction Washer carry out a strong cleaning action to remove all contaminants and glue, consuming only 1,1 lt of water for 1,0 kg of finished flakes! The combination of these machines allows the treatment even in case of highly polluted bottles, achieving excellent results in term of final product quality and output.

Suitable place to set the factory ( I learnt the factory uses enough water) , so I need a Borehole 2.the factory building suitable for such factory 3. The extruder to get to help accomplish my aim 4. Where to get the quality extruder and it's accessories to help make my plan real 5.
