Japan makes the dream team using the strongest members of every team in the anime and manga, including the original Eyeshield 21. Zena develops a final technique that resembles going back in time, and he fights Panther who is waaaaaaay stronger now, even better than Shin. The final result is .... Is not clearly stated at the end, but you can see a picture of Panther and the US team holding the cup, implying US won at the end. Everyone is happy and thinking about the future even thought they may not be together since they are going to different colleges, but promising to play again even if its against each other in the future.
