I'm here 7 years after release and almost 7 years after I found this beauty of a amv. I have finally found it again and I've fallen in love once again. Fate/Zero is definitely one of the better anime to come out in recent years, and even in all time. Definitely would recommend. Also one of the most brutally realistic, despite the seemingly fantastical setting. Made me wonder if G.RR Martin was writing it with all the characters dropping off in random miserable and horrible ways.

coollary1 Well ASOIAF/AGOT is older than F/Z in any case, so that's not a rip off, and you probably won't find anything quite like F/Z in Hollywood, though yeah, there've been some cases of films inspired by/lifting from anime that have gone unnoticed. The Matrix was inspired by Ghost in the Shell, though granted the creators gave credit where it was due and said that it was, though, to my particular surprise, the Lion King ripped off a few iconic moments and plot points from an old show called Kimba the White Lion.

The issue I have with reaction channels is how lazy the creators are. The concept of them don't bother me, but pretty much every reaction video I have seen with AMVs site the wrong creator. Once I requested them to look into it to make sure they list the actual creator, and they got really mad and offended and told me it would take way too much work and they don't have the time even though it is only an extra 30 seconds.

In short, a war between 7 mages in the modern era. Each is fighting for their own gain to obtain an omniscient wish granting device, the Holy Grail. Each mage is allowed to summon a mystical Hero from legend to help them in their fight. It's an amazing story with incredibly deep and intricate characters. Each character has their own ideals and purposes in fighting this war, which makes it very interesting to watch the character interactions that arise. As you can see from this AMV, the animation is absolutely spellbinding, and so too is the music for the show. The story is written by the famous Gen Urobuchi, so its very serious and dark, but also definitely worth a watch.

It's due to audio balancing. They try to make all of the sounds blend together nicely and that means making different sounds have different volumes and pitches. But when it's just her voice they have to rapidly increase volume so it doesn't sound suddenly really quiet when the background leaves.

Fate/Zero was really awesome. I watched Fate/Zero before I watched Stay/Night though, and now I can't enjoy Stay Night because it's drawing/animating style is so much worse -.-

Ufotable (the studio that produced Fate/Zero) is doing a remake of Fate Stay Night this fall, you should watch it when it comes out :) Animation should be just as good as F/Z if not better.

Yeah, I know about the remake, and I'm super hyped for it. Because in my opinion Fate/Zero had one of the greatest animation styles of all time, and if the enw Fate/Stay Night comes close to that, it'll be a great experience :D

My thoughts exactly. I'm super hyped for the new one. Especially because F/Z is one of my favorite anime. I'm hoping we'll get to see some of the characters from F/Z in this one, unlike F/SN, because it came first.

***** Nope. The series is making a full adaptation of the unlimited blade works route (which to date only has a movie adaption) instead of the route the original FSN followed. This information was just released today XD that and studio ufotable has never made a bad show so the new FSN is pretty much guaranteed to be awesome.
