Shirou Emiya’s strength depends solely on two things. The first is the amount of prana he has access to, since many of his stronger weapons take more than he has normally to trace. If he has enough prana he has the potential to beat nearly any other servant with a rain of broken noble phantasms. The second is how lethally he is willing to fight, since he has access to several weapons that can insta kill under the right circumstances such as Gae Bolg and Maria the Ripper.

Most likely he will get killed or die because he is a) Unwilling to kill them, or b)unable to keep up with them because of his artophied circuits. Fate Fake Dreams is a good fic that shows how powerful Shirou can be if he had access to a better education. Time Magic and Bombs not withstanding

Showed how OP he actually is when he's willing to kill and use everything in his arsenal to take someone down. I mean shit if he didn't run out of Mana then he might've had an endless stalemate with Angelica even with her using Enuma Elish and that's without the use of the Archer card. Imagine if Kiritsugu actually gave FSN Shirou good training AND Shirou had the willingness to kill that his Oath under Snow and EMIYA counterparts do, mans would've solo'd the Holy Grail War alongside Saber in less than a night, especially if he used Nine Lives Blade Works against Heracles.

So, There is no differencies at all between Shirou's sword spam tactics and Gil's Gate of Babylone. If one can even kill Hercules, than second can kill many other Servants. 2. I always like to hear about this bullshit about atrophied circuits))) Nasu never talked about this - first. Second - Magic Circuits is a part of Soul. Nothing except Third True Magic can change them. There is no such thing as "atrophy" for Soul at all. So Magic circuits are unchanging. There is also mirror reflection of Magic Circuits in the body of their owner. This is how Magic circuit's training works. You cannot change quantity or quality of Magic circuits, but you can change quality of their reflection in body of their owner, changing circuit's quality to their ideal soul conductivity. This how Shirou created artificial circuits from his nerves. He did not create real Magic Circuits, he created analogue of their reflections in body. That's why they exist temporarly. And Shirou's body reflections of Magic Circuits cannot detiorate too, because of Avalon. Shirou never was ill in his life at all.

Angelica isn't as strong as Gilgamesh but she lacks his ego and therefore her pride doesn't hold her back in a fight. Gilgamesh has lost to Unlimited Blade Works before but only because he refused to use Ea which is a perfect counter to reality marbles. Angelica has no problem taking advantage of Ea's reality shredding abilities to beat Shirou which Gilgamesh would probably consider beneath him.
