@Arica, the collapsed slump or spread (UK terminology here) was 650-700mm due to the self-compacting admixtures, not because of high water content, i.e. it's not a watery mix, it's using anti-segregation flow enhancing admixtures. We don't often use SC concrete however, this was a special case due to the large footprint of the basement where the higher rate of flow was critical in getting the concrete around the perimeter in a timely manner.

The slump, in the video, of this concrete looks like about 8, watery looking, but with fiber-reinforced concrete is this normal and what was the actual slump?

how high you can pour the concrete in these blocks at a time?

Actually ICF helps keep the building cooler in summer :)

About 3 metres is the maximum height of pour per day, so we pour a storey height at a time in most cases.
