I bleed rather heavily for about four days and while I sleep it often will leak up between my buttcheeks. I got really annoyed at having to scrub blood stains from my sheets and pajama bottoms, so I've gotten into the habit of tucking a bit of folded toilet paper between my cheeks before going to bed. We have longer ones where I live but I've never noticed any like that one. Kinda wish we had them.
