Thanks for the chicken strip recipe Amy, I’ll try it the next time I get to keep the grandkids overnight. I got to keep all three of mine, a couple 6 year old and two two year olds three weeks ago. It was the first time with all of them, so it was a wonderful time. There just isn’t anything better than your sweet grandchildren is there ladies? Hi Amy! I love making homemade chicken strips and I make mine the exact same way, except I bake them with no oil. I also make an Italian version with Italian seasoning in the flour and italian bread crumbs. Those are wonderful served with spaghetti. Love your channel! Thanks for sharing so much with us 💗

They look delish, when I make chicken strips I like to put my flour mixture in a baggie and put a lot in there and shake, shake, shake, and put them on a cooling rake will help them to drip extra oil

I spritz mine with oil and then cook them in my Ninji Foodi 8 quarts in two tiers which reduces the fat to virtually noting. So darn good. I love how you’re so natural in front of the audience. It takes work to keep people watching.
