Blueberry birds nest. You add sugar toast with some corn starch. Put them in the bottom of a baking dish. Then make a biscuit mix with some sugar in it. Make it so you can spread it. Then bake. We used to pick wild blueberries at camp and my mom would make this. Love it.

I have blueberry bushes, I love blueberries in Rice Krispies. Yogurt Parfait, in salads, frozen, blueberry compote, blueberry shortcake where you use those little cups...so good!

I agree with bisquick! Great for camping and rving. Also...I had made some blueberry compote last yr, frozen in small ziplocks. I had some thawed and unused in fridge. Instead of using it as a pancake topping, I put it right in the batter. OMG! Much more blueberry flavour! Also re pancakes, husband and I picked up this tradition in Nicaragua: fresh ripe banana sliced over fresh pancakes with maple syrup.

Like a visit with a friend ! These look so yummy ! My favorite way to eat crepes is like you said about pancakes. Some lemon juice and sugar on top. I watch a lot of videos and always save you and one other site for last. Saving the best for last so I always have something to look forward to. Love hearing you talk about the kids and grands. Blueberry grunt (delicious dumpling bubbling in blueberry sauce). Must be served warm topped with ice cream or whipped cream. This is a dessert that is very popular at my house! I always use bisquick too! From scratch look fairly easy. Ill try next time......now i know what I do wrong. I always whisk mine until the batter is smooth. Maybe thats why half the time they aren't fluffy! Thanks Amy!
