It’s nice to have Amy there to take Ethan’s side a little when Mark takes the “tough guy” bit a little too far. He means well of course, but sometimes it can get the better of him. All in all I really love how they all grew closer as a family throughout Unus Annus. Mark and Ethan, Mark and Amy, and Amy and Ethan.

Honestly from a position like Ethan’s, I think we can all tell Ethan’s been through some shit even if he doesn’t talk about it. (Personally I haven’t watched a lot of his content so idk what he has talked about) but he definitely seems like the type to have underlying depression he hides, I’m the same way. Also I’m usually the one of all my friends to be made fun of all the time and be the butt of the joke, and I can take it and sometimes it’s funny but honestly when you’re constantly being made fun of all the time and it’s a joke your stupid and horrible at things it can silently get to you. I feel like I can see that’s what happened to Ethan a few times in these clips and from a fellow boi with the depression I can relate. It’s nice to have someone stick up for you every once in a while.
