I love how people assume they know all the facts to judge in the comment section. Online people are so judgey and negative these days 😂 Anyways that SUCKS sooo much to be taken advantage of by people and they don’t even care how much they set back you on your life because they don’t have their finances in order. 2020 was a hard time and lots of job losses but some people have lost their moral to do the right thing. Still to this day ppl will squat in someone else’s house and never pay a dime while the homeowners house is basically stolen from them. The laws are definitely on the renters side 😢 yet it’s not their property!

dont mortgage a rental that you cant afford yourself... you are part of the problem with the real estate market. "i took on risk (mortgage) i deserve what i deserve (your mortgage paid by someone else)" no you dont, you should have known the risk before taking on the debt.
