I went to Romania once. Bucharest. I learned one word: Multumesc. It means thank you. That stood me in good stead. Bing polite to people creates a form of energy. There's a whole vibe. Man I wish I was rich and famous now, cause I so want the personal assistant and stylist. The gluten-free energy alignment specialists person though....maaaaaybe not (I like my gluten). But the personal assistant does so much to make sure we're happy and relaxed (even though the Jonathan's are doing most of the work), and she seems like she actually likes working for us. And the stylist is the best hype woman/fashion friend. She seems like not only would she make us look amazing, but also would make sure not to push us out of our comfort zone. And if we ever had low self-esteem, both of them would do whatever it takes to hype us up and remind us how fabulous we are.

Thank you Amy for raising awareness about vitamin D deficiency, I've gotten it too and its a b****. First I thought the nurse was not taking me seriously when she told me all my weird symptoms were just due to lacking vit D! I was scared it might be thyroid cancer or MS. It started as just being super fatigued for no reason but I think I was honestly a bit incoherent by the time I went to the dr. My entire family got tested, turns out theyre all low on it (apparently there are gene variants thar make you need more) and when everyone started taking it it really improved my sister's anxiety chronic pain & autism. (Like she still has all of those but it got noticeably less worse) Ppl should be taking vit D anyway cause apparently it slows aging and lowers the risk of brain disease
