I have the exact problem with that dress (5'7.5") and the key is to wear a pair of shorts underneath, instead of just wearing standard black spandex I'd recommend getting a fun print or something with a detail so when ya show a bit too much (which yes, will happen) it looks planned

i am 5"8 and have the dress in black! even though it is one size they tend to have slightly different lengths in stores so maybe go to the store and try the dress on if there's one near you :)
