Papaya is great for digestion. When we had tummy aches as kids, our mom would give us a papaya tablet. Always worked. I still use them as an adult.

Idea to help with the wet sand issue: Having grown up in CA, I can empathize with those who can't stand the feeling of wet sand under their swim suits. But there is a simple solution - baby powder or baby cornstarch. While in the restroom, just take the time to put baby powder on in those areas and it will immediately dry the sand and make it fall off. Great to do with everyone's feet before getting back in the car after being on the beach too. Blessings, Janell

We moved into our new home almost 2 weeks ago, and at our age (61 & 65), it was tough. EVERYTHING hurts! LOL Thankfully we had packers and movers, BUT we still had a lot to do. I suffer from fibromyalgia, so I’ve been having hip pain. Everything is FINALLY clean and organized, so all that’s left, is hanging pictures. As tired as we are, we’re so thankful to live near our 2 sons and grandson. Keep up the great work Amy and Greg, and rest when you can!❤️❤️❤️

I already watched your vlog, Amy. I hope you had your 1st "July 4" in Florida. I need to go back and watch your videos about moving from North Carolina to Florida. I moved from North Carolina to Georgia in 1990. I went to Florida to explore Walt Disney World in 2010. Within this past July 4 and a tad afterwards, I watched the movies, had a barbecue and watched 3 DVR'd fireworks' specials. I had hotdogs and cheeseburgers with mustard and ketchup. I also had grilled chicken and baked beans. I ate the last of the small "July 4" cupcakes.

A recipe from my aunt: Freeze your fruit (soft fruits work best) and blend one or more together- papaya, guava, mangoes, banana, pineapple, peaches, etc and then blend with just a little canned coconut milk to make a slushy treat. Maybe your kids would like the papaya blended in with a little bit of other fruit and the coconut milk.

Sprinkle salt and chile and lime or lemon juice on the papaya. I bet your kids would love it. There's a condiment called Tajin. I wonder if you have it in Florida? Really, it's just salt, lime and chile powder. It's wonderful on watermelon, too. Papaya is not my favorite (it does smell weird) but seriously, it is so good for the digestion. I ate slice of it every day when I was pregnant with #3 and it made a HUGE difference in just how icky my gut felt. I would do it again, for the relief. Tell your girls; it may come in handy one day. A couple days ago I was trying to dry a load of towels in my Samsung dryer. I thought of you as I waited and waited and waited....😅

My son was born on July 4th. We have always gone to the beach and vacationed and celebrated his birthday during that time. Yes! It was crowded! But we loved watching the fireworks on the beach. We just rode the golf cart back to where we we’re staying. We always made it a big deal because it was his birthday. I really enjoyed watching your family have fun together. I think you all are awesome parents! ❤️🎉

I’m still watching and wondering whilst your doing your spices if you are able to recycle plastic and glass? those jars you binned should be recycled. In the UK our bin men wouldn’t take normal rubbish with recyclable things in and we can be fined… I’m a stickler for doing as much as I can, I take wrappers from cans, boxes from food packaging etc. it’s amazing how little your bin has in when you can recycle a lot… back to watching 😉😊

Such a fun 4th of July! Loved watching y’all having such great family time! Well, the mango didn’t go over well and I don’t really have a suggestion! Lol! I do want to say the organization plan was fantastic but I personally would not put my spices on the back of the stove several reasons heat and life of spices, but the containers will get messy and require a lot of upkeep… grease and steam makes a lot of upkeep. This is only my opinion because I have tried and it didn’t work for me. But I’m not saying it will not work in your home. Amy you are so blessed to have such a wonderful family. Also Greg is an amazing husband and father! Y’all are perfect for one another. You complement each other! Everything is really coming along really great and you have accomplished a lot. You are definitely getting there!Happy 4th to you and family!

That does look like the leaves of a mango tree but they take a very long time to produce fruit and that looks to be a fairly young tree. I would suggest giving it some fertilizer or food for fruit trees. I also wanted to make a note that it’s too bad that no one liked the papaya because it’s excellent to help with digestion issues. The enzymes in it help break down foods that are dense and hard to break down.

It's probably an old thick build up. Homeowners rarely have the patience to do the acid treatment over and over again to get the layers of old scale off. If it's fresh scale, cleaning it with acid, would bubble up, dissolving the calcium. Similar to what happens when you use hydrogen peroxide on a wound.

R there rules living in HOA community for fireworks? Our son-in-law accepted a job in Florida last summer. They, with their 3 daughters moved to Winter Haven, and we went for the 4th of July. July 3rd there was a waterski show and fireworks. It was great and everyone seemed to be having a good time. It seems that there's so much free things for kids to do. I really like seeing your iPad clock on the counter. For me it's enjoyable seeing the time pass as you speed up the video when you are doing things. To see how long it's actually taking you to do something. HAHAHAHA, I know that is totally weird. For the papaya, it's a natural stomach acid reducer and helps greatly for relieving heartburn. You can also freeze it and put it in smoothies if you don't like the texture of eating it fresh.
