yes to the rumble thing! unfortunately you do share a spot with someone else but typically people put a towel on the bench so they're not laying directly on it or wipe it down. I get how that's gross though!!

Any time I walk to get food instead of getting it delivered, I really think I invented the concept of saving money lmao. Also side note on Solidcore - I went through a big phase of it back in 2021 (AdMo/U St locations) and ended up really hurting my lower back and stopped going after a couple of months. I found that the instructors didn't keep a watchful eye on form which obviously comes with the territory of a group class but it was at a detriment to me. When I was going, I really did love it though!

no literally hahaha. ugh good to know, i am trying to sign up for a few of the beginner/demo type classes to prevent that. sometimes i can definitely feel it pull in my lower back so thanks for the heads up, hopefully you're feeling better now

@@amyrauch Hey girl, I'm a pilates instructor (Not at Solidcore) and wanted to share. Low back strain happens when the abs are weak or not being engaged properly. Ask the instructor for tips on how to ensure you are engaging. My general tip is to gently imprint your spine by tipping your hips back and thus keeping your low back in contact with the mat, no arching. Then draw your belly button in deeply towards your spine and keep it tight as much as you can. Breathe more into your ribs than your belly, to maintain the ab engagement. Hope it helps!

I've been going to Rumble in Dupont a few times a week since the start of the year and from what I've seen they try not to fill both the bags and floor of the same number (like a person on the bags at your number while you're on the floor) if they can avoid it! Some of the weekend classes get pretty full so its unavoidable there, but on weeknights there usually isn't anyone with the same number as you!

Thank you, I enjoyed watching this video. I work in the hospital and I have a bachelor's degree in anesthesia techniques, and I work as a certified assistant to an anesthesiologist. And if I travel to Washington, my salary will be about 110,000 a year. Is this true? And can I live and work in Washington with this job and this salary?😊❤❤
