Thank you soooo much for sharing your experience with panic/anxiety disorder. Mine is so bad that I ended up in the hospital. I could not breathe and felt very dizzy and felt like I was going to die. That's how bad it was. Medication helps so much for things we cannot control on our own. Believe me when I say I tried because the last thing I wanted to do was be on medication. Thanks again for opening up to us all. You have no idea how many people you have helped!💕

I’m so happy I pressed on this video while getting ready in the morning. I just started taking antidepressants a week ago and still adjusting to them, it’s good to know you’re not alone and it’s quite common and that there’s nothing wrong with you. Really wasn’t expecting this from an influencer I watch weekly, such a calming positive surprise 🌷

Lovely, you are so brave speaking out your mental health. It is so refreshing to hear more people speak out about it. Ive been on antidepressants for anxiety and depression for years as well and they truly have got me in such an incredible place. The same as you, I still have anxiety attacks and they come out of no where sometimes which is fine, it is a part of us who have anxiety and it truly shows how strong we all are to take any mental health issue on. As a pysch nurse thank you for being open about pysch medication. It helps de stigmatize mental health imbalances/disorders. I find when I am very tired I get anxious over everything. Rest is integral to mental health.

I was on Sertraline for over 30 yrs , just recently changed to another due to the excessive perspiration Sertraline can cause , for years I thought it was Menopause hot flashes but since I switched it had vastly improved .

Hey Kate. If you can get Apollo looked over by a vet if the bucking continues, please do. It can seem like excitement however sometimes is can be an ulcer or underlying problem. Could also be ill-fitting gear that's uncomfortable on him. I love your content. You look fabulous as always and Apollo looked so smart!!

Hi Kate, you are lucky you haven't put on weight with sertraline. I was taking Pristiq and put on 5kilos and ended up stopping talking them. Doctors say it's just trial and error finding the right one. My anxiety and anxiety cough is back, and I am now reading up on other medications

It did for me mostly because I stopped worrying about everything I was eating, but I caught it really quickly (5kg) and I was able to lose it in about 3 months just with an hour of walking and a small calorie defecit

I took sertraline for two years, honestly I would try to stop taking it as soon as you can/are ready
