It's all so pretty but unfortunately lots of polyester! I stoped buying polyester, even recycled, as it's so bad for our skin, not breathable. Nonetheless, I love your style. Just saying it's such a pity these brands still making beautiful clothes with such bad materials and fabrics.

I love tea too and know exactly what you mean about how good a cup is when it has been made for you by someone else. I have soya milk in my tea and it is so delicious! I'm vegetarian like you, Kate. I gave up cows milk a very long time ago because I wanted to lower my dairy consumption. When I came to know there were other alternatives, there was no going back because dairy is so unhealthy, bad for the environment and cruel for mother cows (and their babies). Have you tried organic soya milk with your English breakfast tea? It's the best! ❤ I need new jeans so will be on the lookout for the A&F mum jeans. They look gorgeous on you x

Dairy is terrible for health & we don’t even need it to survive! Please try other plant milks and I’m sure you’ll find one you like. Don’t stick with animal milk because others are ❤

Not really sure how drinking pure starch is better than cows milk but oh well...

UK organic cows milk is fine. We’re lucky with the food regulations we have here and it supports the farmers. I know in the USA the regulations aren’t as strict and they pump the animals with antibiotics and use all sorts of toxic pesticides but luckily it isn’t as bad here.
