Some things about this episoide: - Heimerdinger is a yordle, therefore he literally cant die, so he probably is living in a different timeline. - Ekko and Powder are a thing in both timelines, the thing is everything got carried away in the "real timeline", but in this alternartive one they are an actual couple (thats why Ekko ask Powder to act like its their first kiss, cause it acc is Ekkos first kiss) - The scene where Ekko and Jinx dance is animated in 4 frames and kind off laggy because it wants to represent they way Ekko recalls what happened with this "4 seconds limit of his ZDrive (which is his ultimate in the game too xd).

so fyi jayce ended up where the hextech made the world the worst, and ekko and heimer in a world where the hextech never existed cause it killed vi so they just canceled the whole project, thing that changed after ekko showed powder what it could do. Also the guy who jayce sees is the guy who saved him in season 1 when he was a kid

The dance sequence between Ekko and Powder used a 4fps frame rate - representing Ekko's 4 second recording limit. In addition, thanks to that, the movements will be more discrete, and viewers will see happy moments between two people like continuously running photos when people remember a certain memory. Unfortunately, Heimerdinger most likely died. He didn't leave his parallel universe's body behind. On a good note, other than the hextech not being developed, he most likely influenced the harmony between Piltover & Zaun since he was there ~3yrs prior to Ekko arriving. He was aware of his wasted time as the senior council member, and made a greater effort to change their outcomes. "I've been able to accomplish wonderful things in this world" - Heimerdinger.
