The sweet sour sauce mainly goes with the lumpiang shanghai. What you need for the rest is soy sauce mixed with vinegar and chopped onions. Tocino will go with a plain vinegar. Try mixing shrimp paste on the rice with crushed tomatoes. Do this and you will cry your heart out.
