The best card in Shadow Priest is Big Chungus, a 5/1 with battlecry: "Subscribe to Marshie and send him your love. Your hero also dies as soon as you play this because reasons and stuff." Very overlooked card in the current meta.

Dealing 34 damage on turn 4 is insane lmao 2:00 I’m also surprised to hear that Raise Dead doesn’t make the list. Felt like that card would be good forever.

I think card quality is just high enough in shadow priest that it doesnt have to run a card that gives patches a lot of the time. Its still as good in everything else as its ever been.

I just wanted to comment on the "control" conversation. I think the term has been more adapated to a "value + combo" style, that can fend off aggro, in modern days. The old "Wallet Warrior" and "Removal Priest" days are long gone. Control decks, most of the time, have some sort of defining combo or win condition that excludes fatigue because games are so much faster.

Hey man, just a feedback: Thanks for separating the channel and not trying to integrate them both. To top it off, I think you're honest about your growth and intentions, so as a viewer is a nice feeling to have. People care too much about aggro, combo, control, etc in however they personally define it. I had a guy upset about me playing "turn 5 combo"... knuckles hunter

Surprised the raise dead has bad stats? Wondering what the possible reasonings are. I guess the current version of the deck might have too many misses in terms of minions off of the raise dead, or too much self damage and not enough sustain or not enough volume of reach. Gyreworm is definitely interesting

I think its mostly that you want burn off twilight and raise dead makes a patches a lot of the time
